He specializes in the coastal communities of Jupiter, Juno Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach, and Tequesta.

Having lived in Palm Beach County for more than 20 years, Ian has developed a deep appreciation for the area’s distinctive neighborhoods and relaxed coastal lifestyle. Originally from Oregon, he attended high school in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, before earning his degree from Colorado State University.

Ian now lives in Jupiter with his wife and three daughters and is deeply rooted in the community. Real estate is truly a family endeavor — his knowledge of the market has been further enriched by watching his wife build her own successful career as a top-producing agent.
